Reporting is Flexible
Electronic remittance advice is normally transmitted daily via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Standard or customized reports, real time or batch – our experts will handle all the details for complete compatibility with the way you prefer to receive data. Standard reports include:
- Kiosk transaction by location
- Number of payments made
- Types of payments made
- Credit card type
- Charge back transactions
- Declined transactions
- Suspended customers
In addition to our standard reports, U.S. Payments allows clients to create and download customized reports through the Administrative Console.
Choose Your Posting/Remittance
Options - Real Time or Batch
Based on client instructions, U.S. Payments will develop a schedule for sending remittance files in one of the following methods.
- Batch file once per day or at specified intervals
- Memo-posting with a batch final file
- Real-time posting throughout the day
U.S. Payments will match existing file formats and send them to either internal or external sources for processing. Additionally, we can serve as the "catcher's mitt" to consolidate files from other sources on your behalf.
Administrative Console Enables Access
The U.S. Payments Administrative Console offers real-time Internet access to both the application servers and the data servers. Based on predetermined security levels, clients can initiate payments, conduct searches on history, review each location's performance, download customized reports and much more.
